Thanks for engaging. There are a number of scenarios that spring to mind. These include where time management courses have been recommended for someone who appeared “out of control” , in reality they had 2 of their staff leave and no replacements found due to cost saving measures. They did not have time management issues, they had insufficient time issues. No amount of training was going to address the job demands/resource equation
